Subscription Plans and Payment Information
We offer different subscription plans for using the Service:
- Brief Plan: Free of charge, includes one memory page, an epitaph, and privacy settings.
- Extended Plan: $19.99/year, includes up to four memory pages, a biography with a photo, a photo gallery, video and audio recordings (coming soon), and a metal plate with a QR code (available after creating a memory page).
- Related Plan: $39.99/year, includes all features of the Extended Plan and a single QR code linking up to four memory pages, suitable for related burials.
Automatic Renewal and Subscription Cancellation Policy
By completing your first payment, you agree to the automatic renewal of your selected subscription plan and the subsequent charge for each renewal period (1 year). To cancel the automatic renewal, you must fully terminate your paid subscription (Extended and Related plans) and revert to the free plan.
Payment Processing
Payments for subscription plans are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store or process your financial information directly. All transactions are encrypted and handled securely by these providers. Please review their respective Privacy Policies for additional details on data handling.
